Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

Package Your Items

Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags intact into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
